Lacrosse Training: This is a training event developed by PLL athletes to maximize growth and education for all lacrosse players. Training sessions focus on shooting, dodging, agility training, passing, defense, communication, and lacrosse IQ development.

Marcus Holman: Attackman for the Boston Cannons

Garrett Leadmon: Midfielder for the Maryland Whipsnakes and All-American at Duke University

Where: The Chase Fieldhouse - 401 Garasches Ln, Wilmington, DE 19801

When: Sunday, March 17th:

1st - 4th grade training session will be from 11:00am - 12:30pm

5th - 8th grade training session will be from 1:00pm - 2:30pm

Offensive VIP Session - 3:00PM - 4:00PM

Defensive VIP Session - 3:00PM - 4:00PM

Each session will end with PLL giveaways followed by a picture and autograph session with the pros!

Who: Designed for lacrosse players between 1st through 8th grade. Athletes should have at least one year of playing experience, just so there is a foundation to build upon. Lacrosse training sessions are designed to help players of all skill levels improve, so don't worry about skill gaps or potential inexperience. We all share the common goal of improvement - regardless of our skill level today.

VIP Small Group: 1-hour of VIP (10 player max/professional) training for 1st through 8th grade to take place following the main sessions. Small group training provides an opportunity for additional personalized instruction to ensure players maximize growth and potential.
